Alex Lisnevsky
Founder & CEOAlex Lisnevsky is a real estate entrepreneur and developer with experience spanning brokerage, investing, development, land acquisition, entitlements, and construction management.
After building experience in real estate investment and brokerage, his focus increasingly shifted toward the development side of the business and the practical work required to move opportunities from concept toward execution.
Through Greenbuild, that perspective now helps inform how new projects are evaluated, how risk is considered, and how potential opportunities are communicated through GB First Look.
